After being confronted with numerous plastic surgery allegations since three years ago, Taiwanese singer Elva Hsiao finally admitted to undergoing double eyelid surgery.

I’m not shocked that Elva Hsiao had double eyelid surgery, but I’m surprised she confessed to it. Well, she’s not the only female celebrity who had surgery done, so it’s no big deal, really. But I have to applaud her bravery for being upfront about it. At least she makes full use of her double eyelids – her makeup has always been fantastic & I’m sure she will continue to create makeup wonders in the Mandopop industry
